Me. I had a fried breakfast this morning. So much for getting rid of my blubber.
You could exercise more to offset what you ate.

I don't mind the weather, as such. It's the resulting mud around here that's the problem.
An oldie like me has to be careful. I've got good walking boots but you can't always see the flints and roots just under the mud-slicks, waiting to trip or turn an ankle.
I just remember England being treacherous to walk in certain areas with the icy roads and footpaths. It was like that in Dunedin too through the whole of winter - one side of the road would be ice-covered until the sun hit it or it defrosted by mid-afternoon/lunch time.
If fat means flavour then I'm ******* delicious!

As it happens I've been toying with the idea of getting some indoor exercise equipment.
Nothing elaborate, maybe just a cycle and a compact rowing machine, or treadmill, for the cardio-vascular side of things.
I'll still have to take the dogs out a couple of times a day though, for a sedate geriatric shuffle.
I didn't know such a city existed. Is it named after Edinburgh?
Also, I mainly use a treadmill. It's pretty great. I only really do exercises that aren't going to put on much muscle, as I dislike muscle, especially excessive. Both on myself and other people.
