The proceeds would hardly keep me in the lifestyle to which I intend to become accustomed.

It's got to be cash. Lots of it. As such I have decided, in my official capacity, that you will have to go and work down the salt mines. Also your family. And your friends. Plus your neighbours - actually, your entire neighbourhood and anyone who ever visits there.
