What happens in international waters is actually pretty serious, lol. They are not technically crimes, but only because no one has jurisdiction.

Ok I just looked it up. They are crimes, but the international laws are so muddled that it is a definite case by case basis.

In any case, there are still a lot of nefarious things that happen on the water. And I swear I'm not going to let her know all the pain I have known
