Sadly, P, your picture is mostly correct. We had a thoroughly startling beginning to Summer - it was actually warm and dry. Went downhill rapidly though.

Maybe that's why so many Brits are dour and glum - we are what our weather makes us :)

Our winters are bad here. Cold and long. But the summers are warm and fairly dry after July.

I've heard Scotland is the home of dreary weather.

I've got friends from Scotland, and my girlfriend was there last time. Rained most of the time for her as well, but she still said it was beautiful.

I'm from Wisconsin in the US originally, but moved to Chicago a few months back.

No, do you know what actually annoys me. Wasn't it her whining she wanted no politics and religion? Isnt it her cries in forum help non stop? Isnt it the likes of her that go round harassing kids and punishing them in game?
