I liked the first half of chuunibyou but after it went all serious in the second half I kind of lost interest i did however then really enjoy the ova/ep13 slapstick noel...so im watching the second season see how it goes I guess

I'm the other way round. I like the first half, but I found the second half to be the part that I enjoyed, both becasue it delved heavily into the characters but also because it dealt with a theme I have very strong thoughts on (the individual vs. conformity to the status quo) with the highlight being the scene at the train station in episode 11. That perceptible tipping point when Yuuta's finished yelling at Dekomori and you can just kind of hear her world crashing down around her ears, perfect.

If we could not just post the name of some random anime and actually contribute to some conversation, that'd be great.

For example, as per earnshaw's recommendation, I am watching White Album 2. I must say I'm sorry for being skeptical at first, this show is really good, though that might just be because music is a big part of my life and I relate to Touma a lot. It probably won't make my favorites list, but it'll place fairly high on my rating scale if it keeps this up.

I gave Nobunagun a try, against better judgement really since precedent has taught me that I'm not going to like an show with 'Nobunaga' or any variant thereof in the title, and while I didn't hate it I certainly didn't like it enough to continue watching it either.
