Yep, although its not the first anime to subvert the conventions of normal magical girl anime, 'Princess Tutu' has done the same before. But yeah, Madoka is my favourite out of the two.

Btw, for anyone who is interested theres a fairly new anime discussion friendschat called animescape . Should check it out, its not so popular atm but it will get there ^_^ join the fc, even if no ones there at that time, there should be someone on soon.

It came out anyways. I don't even think Kishimoto remembers what he had for breakfast, let alone what happened in last week's chapter. That said, I'm glad sasgay pulled his **** together at the last moment and stopped being such an emo idiot obsessed with DURKNESS. I think Naruto is going to **** bricks when sasgay and Orochimaru just kinda show up with the revived hokages (no controls attached to boot) including his dad for backup and chitchat. Also, Tenben Chii is complete hax.

Madoka is total must-watch, it's literally right up there with Eva, you just have to stick around watching it long enough. Kyubey is the most devious mofo i've ever seen.

well, 40 or so episodes into monster, played through my first visual novel, read all chapters of bersek. and have been keeping up with a good majority of this season, and i've picked up a couple of games as well. All this coupled with my work means i'm very tired... YAY

I decided to watch less anime and play more RS, but I'm still keeping up with the currently airing shows.

My favourites of this season are without a doubt Attack on Titan and Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet . Other shows that I'm really enjoying at the moment are Space Brothers and Chihayafuru 2 .

Is anyone else here watching shows of this season? :)

yeh i'm watching gargantua, oreimo, yahari ore, hataraku maou-sama, Date a Live and hentai ouji. i was also watching photo kano, red data girl and attack on titan but wound up dropping those 3 (attack on titan was only in preference of the manga)
