Neat. It's nice to know that I still have name recognition after so many years of inactivity.

As for /a/...I lurk occasionally just because of the Eva Rebuild threads, but it's generally about newer shows that I haven't seen. Nobody posts about the older stuff that I've been watching (I'm on Berserk) unless it's a 3deep 5u thread about Lain or something.

/sp/ is the far superior board. We don't like it when people post images from their Chinese girl's cartoons.

That's because there's really nothing to discuss about older shows, but I see a few throughout the day randomly. Most threads are about currently airing shows, waifu stuff, and other random topics. Of course there's the daily Eva "wtf did i just watch?" followed by Asuka vs Rei banter. /a/ > /sp/

Though I guess /sp/ might be good if you actually cared about every sport. I mainly only watch college basketball with a little NFL on the side and don't feel like discussing it outside of ESPN conversation boards******sp/ just doesn't interest me, but I love talking about my Chinese cartoons on /a/.
