Kingdom Manga is really good atm, its just called kingdom.

If you liked Soul Eater Anime, then take a gander at Fairy Tail.

If you want Romance and Gothic, try Gosick its also got mystery and its set in a semi fictional 1900-1929 timeline, its well done and its not one of those OTT flashing random ******* left right and center romance ones its more companionship/romance.
(teen 13+ probably more to do with it having murder mysteries involved then anything else)

SciFi and Romance you want Banner of the stars, Epic space opera thing going there.
(2 series and 13+ no idea why its even 13+ it could be due one particular episode).

Its hard to think of a Comedy anime nowadays that doesn't have smut in it to some extent, I have one in mind that isn't OTT smut but it does have a fan service episode (that isn't really smutty tbh).
The series is called Ben-To it would be comedy/adventury the entire premise is hungry students battling it out for half price food.
Its really very funny at time especially early on when your getting used to the concept and how ludicrous it is.(the age rating is everyone so it should be ok).

I would recommend Gosick as you have been watching reading slightly more action heavy anime/manga so it might be nice to see a slightly less action orientated one that still has an interesting plot.

There is a code geass movie series set in the same timeline but with a different main character called Code Geass Boku no Akito.

Its hard to find anime that are exactly like Code Geass so I won't make any suggestions there but if you want one that will really make you think certainly challenge your sense of morals then you want SHIKI.

Let me warn you it gets extremely graphic in the violence/gore sense near the end but the series isn't about making people watch mindless gore its a slow burner that trys to convey how subjective morality can be and touches on insanity.
Really good anime very atmospheric but very graphic. (18+).

mhhhmmm, i liked clannad, it had a couple tearjerkers for me, but i don't particularly like any sort of ending that renders the whole journey up to that point as pointless/non-existant

anyway's i've recently finished gankatsuo, which i found to be a really good show, with a somewhat distracting presentation to it. although admittedly the first couple of episodes where a bit on the slow side.

liked after story didnt think the first season was anything special however although there were manly tears at after story....still think Nagisa was a bit of a boring character compared to the other choices available.
