Hey guys, back from my weekend away, which is why all this talk of Angel Beats and Clannad hasn't had any input from me if you were wondering :P .
So anyways, I gots a question since it was mentioned on the last couple of pages. I hang out on Yahoo answers alot, and im always seeing people asking about a second season to Angel Beats, but I still cant really wrap my head around why people are so desperate for a second season. I mean, I love Angel Beats (as pretty much all of you should be aware by now) but I don't really see a point in a second season based on the epilogue, consider that that not only would the show that resulted not be anything like its predecessor (change of setting precluding both supernatural occurrences and Deus ex Machina ala Key), but the characters in it technically wouldn't even be the same people.
Sides, Meada wouldn't be the one writing it :(

Yeah, I could see a second season of Angel Beats where it's more of a prologue to the first season, much like Fate/Zero, but seeing as Maeda wouldn't be the one writing it it's probably better if they don't do a second season.

There's actually both a novel and a manga that covers that already, so if there was going to be a second season it would almost definitely be a prologue. Definitely wont be any new AB stories though, since it seems that Maeda's had his fill of AB. Cant confirm the truth of this, but from what ive heard an AB VN was on the drawing board at Key (I know this is true) but Maeda told them that he wasn't interested.

Ok quick question. There's a song that's played at the end of clannad that i'm trying to figure out the name of it. Go to any clannad episode and skip all the way to the end until you have about 5-10 seconds left in the vid. What song is that part from?
