Ecchi isn't really my thing but uhh... Pant y & Stocking with Garterbelt, Sekirei, Vandread, and Love Hina. These are the few I thought were exceptionally good for ecchi.
Vandread being my favorite since it actually has a good plot.

^I will agree that Steins;Gate is amazing, but SAO is really over hyped.
Well, looks like Toonami's finished with Deadman Wonderland and getting two new shows to take it's place. Samurai 7 and Eureka 7. I don't know about Samurai, but I've heard some good things about Eureka, so I'll probably start watching that.

@i Revive i will after i finish watching clannad. Watched after story first because i thought that it was season 1 but apparently it wasn't ^_^
EDIT: Nvm. Finished the last episode of clannad. Going to watch it now.
