Some one explain to me why everyone calls
Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magika Puella Magi Madoka Magika, maybe is because english isn't my mothers lenguage but i still don't get it, why change the name like that! :x

Puella Magi is actually the official Japanese title. Not sure why it picked up Mahou Shoujo as an alternate title, maybe the Japanese just don't like Latin, or it could be a homage to the directors previous works, or it could just be that that's how alot of magical girl series titles start.
Means the same thing one way or another.

Clannad itself is pretty good, so long as you like the 'vaguely depressing drama with a bit of comedy' format that Key are so good at.
After Story, the second season, is a different case. Its ALL depressing drama ALL the time, with the majority of the more entertaining characters removed. I found it quite boring, cant finish it no matter how many times I try.
The fact that the main character ranks at the top of my 'anime characters you would most like to punch' list dosent help any.

O_o Hmm... After reading that. Clannad has been moved down from my "anime I want to watch" list maybe say 5 spots down :P . If its really that depressing as you say it is.

Anyways.. anyone knows any really cool action anime? it would be a plus if it has a awesome main character that kicks ass! Like the fella in Kaze no Stigma. IDC if its has magical powers or not its just have to be frickin awesome! Oh yeah it also has to have a pretty good/decent plot. :P # please don't suggest anime that has and over the top gore or too much blood/torture/nudity and really disturbing scenes please #

and one more thing.. What do you guys think of soul eater? I'm thinking of borrowing off a friend if its any good.

@Jesse: You've never finished watching After Story? What episode did you stop on? You really should finish it, just to know what happens and to get it out of the way. :P
@Kaotik: Seeing as season 3 for it is airing right now, I'm going to have to suggest you watch Shakugan no Shana (if you havn't already.) It's perfect for your criteria.
