Those are the Hadena subs I was talking about. Not sure how you can call them decent though. Either these guys suck terribly or they were rushing to be the first ones to release it because never mind their Japanese, these guys dont even seem to be able to use English correctly.

A.N.N is pretty much the only news site that you can trust. My rule when it comes to rumors about second seasons is that if its not on ANN then its not true, becasue you wouldn't beleive the amount of people who claim a second season is coming out without proof.
There was a rumor going around a while back about a second season based on a magazine interview with the cast. The magazine article seems to have been real enough, but nothing solid has come of it. Supposedly the Seiyuu who plays Yuri said something about being the main character in it, so that would indicate to me that in the event of a second season, they would be doing an adaptation of the events that occured in Track Zero/ Heavens Door (although, that would really make Hinata the main character).
While its true that they could make a second season set after the events of 'another epilouge' (and it did say 'next stage' at the end...)im not sure I particularly want them to, since Im really happy with the way the series ended. Would have liked some of the characters to get a little more screen time (not story resolution, just screen time), but still very happy with the whole thing overall.

I wouldn't be surprised if they made a prequel to Angel Beats. I know there's a manga out there called Angel Beats: At Heaven's Door and from what I've read it makes Hinata the main character and explains how the whole group formed. The manga itself is pretty good, not too far along in the story yet, but I could definitely see it becoming an anime.
