As to itsuka tenma no kuro usagi, sadly i must agree with raikan. As you said the manga is ongoing, but omnthly releases+only 12 manga chapters atm don't give a lot of material to work with. It may have a 2nd season based on all the things that have been going on but in case that happens it shouldn't be in the near future. One example of an anime that let's everyone down the in the end is Gantz, the manga is amazing, but it was still ongoing so they had to make a rush end...a very bad one btw :x. Another example would be Soul Eater that being an awesome anime had a rushed end leaving some story plots behind.
@Jesse that manga you are going to make sounds awesome, the idea itself sounds awesoommeeeeeeee!, I personally would use fear as my weapon.
. As to the fun it comes with the situation itself and the character expressions, one example would Utawarerumono which has very very funny scenes only by giving the viewer more info than the one the character has, medicine examples, don't force the jokes.
