last night, i was very tired, and i saw a show with a name that interested me. durarara. i then experienced the most depressing yet uplifting feeling ever brought upon from a television. this one girl was suicidal, and she had been texting someone that wanted to commit suicide with her. he then got her kidnapped, then saved her, then made her feel bad about being kidnapped. then he convinced her to jump. then some biker with a cat helmet cast a spell or something that saved her. she asked him why, so he replied by holding up his phone which said on it "because the world isn't as bad as you think it is."
My question now is... WTF did i watch???
Well the people who kidnapped her was working for the guy she was texting with. He wanted to show her that her that she actually cared about life and that she didn't actually want to die. The headless rider, Selty, saved her from her death because she is kind of like a "heroine" to the town and she didn't want to see her die for no reason...or something like that.
There's not many series that look that good to me this summer season. Thee's only a small list which I may watch which are:
Ro-Kyu-Bu
Mayo Chiki
Dantalian no Shoka
The IdolMaster
I may pick up more in the future, but at the moment those seem the only good ones to me, other than the 2nd season ones airing, such as Baka to Test 2, as I havn't seen the first series yet.

@TheCjGuy: I posted about it on page 368.
I just watched another anime of this summer season: Ikoku Meiro no Croisée episode 1. D'aww, that was so sweet.
For those of you who like slice-of-life anime, I recommend this anime. Here's a synopsis:
The story takes place in the second half of the 19th century, as Japanese culture gains popularity in the West. A young Japanese girl, Yune, accompanies a French traveller, Oscar, on his journey back to France, and offers to help at the family's ironwork shop in Paris. Oscar's nephew and shop-owner Claude reluctantly accepts to take care of Yune, and we learn how those two, who have so little in common, get to understand each other and live together in the Paris of the 1800s.
