@Zuriel there's an official confirmation go to youtube and search shakugan no shana 3rd season official. If everything goes as planned it will start airing at october the 7th.

^^Yeah, thats for the 3rd season though.
I seriously doubt that they would announce a season 4 before season 3 even starts to air, especially becasue as far as I know (and based on past numbers) season three should be long enough to get to the last light novel, so there wouldnt be any more content to base a 4th season on. Definatly just internet rumor milling.
