Yeah, I read up on it after I had posted that. Season 2 is is like an alternate ending of sorts, set after episode 25 of season 1. So at least it's not a randomly new storyline that they just threw together for another season.

At this moment in time, i'm currently watching 5 series simultaneously, the most i've ever been watching at once.
The 5 series are:
Angel Beats! (new English dub)
Hayate no Gotoku (almost finished season 1)
Hidan no Aria
Kore wa zombie desua ka?
Gosick
Also, question to anyone that may know. Does any anime series ever reference Elfen Lied? It seems a random question, but anime series tend to reference others all the time, so I wondered if any had ever referenced Elfen Lied.
