C ep. 8 was certainly interesting. I'm wondering how this will end with 3 episodes left to go.
AnoHana ep. 8 was also great. Finally Menma proves her existence, I've been waiting for that since the first episode.
I started watching Hidan no Aria and Gosick again after stopping for a few weeks.
Well, Aria is as mediocre as you can get except for the awesome opening and the action scenes.
Gosick is still a bit boring and I hate Kujo and Victorique.
But I like the setting and you don't see mystery anime that often.
As for manga I started reading Chibi Vampire which is pretty funny so far. It's about a "reverse vampire", who makes makes too much blood instead of needing blood to survive. So once in a while she needs to bite people to inject her blood or else she gets a massive nosebleed.
Sounds crazy right? Yeah you can only find such stories in Japan.
Well it gets even stranger: when she bites someone their problems such as stress or misery are temporarily gone.
It was already a pain to get those manga though because they're from Tokyopop who closed their manga publishing offices a few weeks ago. So suddenly everyone starts buying Tokyopop manga; I actually got the last copies of this series from the only manga webshop in my country.
I was also pretty excited when a package arrived with the Shiki sketches I won at an online auction last week. They're sequences from episodes 10 and 16 and I can pause those episodes at the right moment to see my sketches.
It's really awesome to own something they used to make the anime I love. I'm currently bidding on Death Note and Black Lagoon sketches, but with such popular series I don't think my chances are high enough to win them.
