I still notice Japanese words in English subs but what can you do?
Anyways, Jesse, it does seem like a simple solution. The flower could have a type of symbolism or it could not be it at all. Just going from the scene at the beginning and the name of the show, one would think that a possible solution to the wish would indeed be the name of the flower, literally.
Remember, though, she was still a kid when she died. So it isn't like it can be easily ruled out. ;)

Haven't posted here in a while, but regarding the fansubs of Hidan No Aria.
[gg] is a troll fansub group, so they mess around with shows they don't like. Judging from what they did to Hidan No Aria, it most likely means they dislike the show. I only enjoy the show because of the fansubs and it's just a pain to watch. Looks like the typical JC Staff world with tsunderes/harems.
If you don't like [gg]'s subs, you can go use another fansub groups, or FUNI's (legal streaming but 1 week wait for new episodes.)
Anyways, why is Steins;Gate so awesome? The tuturus, the nyan nyans, and tsundere-ish Makise Kurisu. I love the characters.

When I finish When Seagulls Cry anime, I am gonna need a new one to watch. Preferably of the same genre of a mystery fiction. :)

That is what I intend to do. No offence but they are taking it too far now.
If they can't do a decent job on it, they should stop wasting their time and everyone's time with their troll subs.
They should stick to the shows that they 'like' and get on with doing something else worthwhile rather than trolling on shows they don't like.
As you said, there are other sub groups. They do a decent job which is why I hold most of them in high regard. There's the saying in cooking, "You're only as good as your last dish". Thus, I hold gg in the lowest regard now. Has anyone here watched((Yu)) Yu Hakusho? It's an old school mainstream anime, but I really suggest checking it out! It's like an DBZ, Naruto, and Inyuasha combined into a deeper plot and story! It's semi-short, totaling to about 115 episodes or so.

Well, like I said, it's an old school "main stream". I mean, look at dbz, an "older", semi-old school (released in 1988) "mainstream" with over 600 chapters!
