its less boring then staring at the runescape screen for hours training agility and cooking. I watched pretty much all the episodes of naruto, pokemon, and dbz getting 99 agility fishing mining and smithing
I was reported a bunch of times for botting while i was waiting for rune rocks to respawn in the dwarf mine resource dungeon while watching anime, youre not gonna get banned if you aren't using a program

Ive always found it pretty easy to watch anime while playing RS at the same time while skill grinding. Most media players have a 'stay on top' option, so if you shrink it down and put it in the top left or right corner and shrink the chatbox (this really only works with 'resizable' on) you can watch and skill at the same time.
I got 99 cooking that way.
