I've got a little Flash skills but not much and I can't draw. Learning more at school now though. :P
Rather then a Cartoon Neko it'd could be more like a 5minute skit made in Anime style.
Oh and that Wizard girls from Wizard Run on Funorb I believe so she's already kind of taken in a Story by Jagex.

That would be interesting, but all the skills I have on a computer are little things that would annoy you to your wits in.
Maybe someone could draw it out, scan it on a computer, and send it to Jagex in a manga style?

Again, still not something i can do. I tried to learn to draw manga a little while ago, but i just cant seem to get it to work right.
Thats why these days i stick to being an author and let other people do the art for me (not that i know anyone who does). That said though we must have at least one person on this thread with some degree of manga-drawing skill.

The only reason the japanese have issues with it was because of that murder case a few decades ago where the perpetrator was an otaku, and so they drew links between mass murder and anime and that stigma just never really faded.
Sides, if i knew someone who paid *70 for each anime DVD ide think he was a little weird myself. I mean, i understand that for a special ediition with physical extra's, but when its JUST THE DVD WITH 2 EPISODES theres something wrong with that...
And there are big differences. The differnece between the two is that otaku arent japanaphiles, among a few other things.

And you never answered my question. Exactly how much anime HAVE you seen (and what/where).
