NEWS FLASH: Kore Wa Zombie Desu Ka officially wins "Best OP song of season" award.
Im listening to it on loop, really catchy song. Defiantly gonna be getting the OP CD for that when it comes out.
As for the anime itself, that was some seriously funny stuff. But what do you expect from a show that has a magical girl wielding a chainsaw? I love the disclaimer at the beginning "The protagonist of this story is a zombie. Do not try this at home"

Originally i was thinking this was going to be just a mediocre fantasy show, but if the first episode is anything to judge by this might end up in my top 5 for the season.
The one bit i didn't really like was the part just before the OP. I know its mostly a comedy series but i was really liking the atmosphere the monologue was setting, then they had to go and break it ...
Oh yeah, and male pantsu shot!! ARRRRGH! MY EYES HAVE BEEN VIOLATED!!!!
And question. What exactly does masou mean?
Oh, btw Embrace M E, you've got the same name on ANN dont you(without the space in 'me')? Im the guy who posted under you on the Houro Musuko thread, the one with the "immna firin mah lazor" version of Kinzo Ushiromiya's head for an avatar.

Its defiantly 'masou'. Even in what i take to be the episode title (which pops up under the main title in the OP) the character is different from the one for mahou.
If we also take it that the video hasn't been edited, it also says masou on the chainsaw in the opening. Ide be willing to say that there hasn't been any edits because it leaves kyuk**su untranslated.
Any guesses on what the girl in the OP with the bleeped "she is..." is going to be? if you already know dont tell me. Im gonna wager another magical girl...Or maybe the serial killer (that would be funny

Hey all, bout to start watching Spiral. Would anyone have any opinions on whether or not I should buy the box set? I remember the story vaguely from watching it about 4 years ago on color tv, but they cancelled their anime block sessions.
If any1 would give an opinion or why or why not on buying this boxset, I'd be much obliged
