Oh boy! I really enjoy anime and I hope I am no too late to reply to this thread~! I highly recommend One Punch Man, Yu Yu Hakusho, Dragonball + Z , Avatar the Last Airbender, and Naruto to any anime watchers! Best wishes to Runescape Community!
These fights in the latest blade dance novel were rather anticlimatic with the series nearing its end and characters being so overpowered they can defeat arch demon class spirits with just one move.

I mean their current enemies aren't your everyday arch-demon class spirits. We are dealing with an Elemental Lord and an entity of which it's sole purpose is to overwrite the current existence of the world. Plus it's not like any of them can use their full powers without restraint. There is a limit to their divine power.
Honestly, no matter how strong Rinslet gets, she will never be a match for Volcanus. There is a reason Volcanus is the Fire Elemental Lord. And when you factor in the spirit types, (ice is weak against fire after all) it just makes it even worse.
And then for the Angels, the only two things they can use are Est and Scarlet. And Est is the only one who is able to decipher the encryption barrier surrounding them. As for Scarlet, she's lost much of her memories and power as the Scarlet Valykrie. Maybe if Est was complete things would be different, but as we've found out, she was fragmented. and her parts were made into the 4 Millenia Sanctius, of which there is currently one left.
All that aside, Claire really took a leap ahead of the others at the end of Volume 19. Will be interesting to see how it ends. I've seen some of the insert art already, and I know it'll be Est and Restia on the cover. And from the sounds of it, Shimuzu Yuu's basically finished up the manuscript. So I'm guessing we should be seeing an announcement for the release date soon.

19 novels for her to muster the courage to do that, and then Rubia did it before her in the same novel.
Bit disappointing that there weren't any more to the Kamito vs Solomon fight after the way the latter's powers have been described throughout the earlier novels. Although a quick decise battle was fitting for Kamito with him being on the brink of being devoured by the darkness on multiple occasions.
I suppose I miss the more tactical aspect (using this loosely) of blade dance earlier on during the school battles and ensuing tournament.
To be honest, something felt off about that Solomon fight. Everything we'd learned so far about Solomon indicated he'd never fallen to the sway of Ren Ashdoll's power. Yet during that battle between him and Kamito he was described as if he was overrun by her power, just short of being a Nepethes Lore. He seemed more like the tyrnaiccal entity the history books made him out to be rather than what we had learned him to truly be.
I guess it was becuase it wasn't Solomon persee, but rather of clone of the existence that was Solomon's abilities and knowledge. So it was somewhat of a similar existence to the Nepethes Lore, in that where the Nepethes Lore are the remaing grudges, knowledge, and abilites of the previous failed canidates for reincarnation of the Darkness Elemental Lord.

Okay. It's official. The devs over at Mihoyo really have a sense of humour. Theres just so many references it's nuts.
To give a few examples, I was going to do a battle in the Dimensional Abyss in Gun Girl Z and I came across this.
"Don't ruin My Cloth" and you get a Scissor Blade of all things.
Then there's the achievement in Honkai Impact 3rd, where you have to get 5 valkryies to 4 heart affection titled "Nice Boat.", which is a direct reference to School Days. The VN had 5 heroines, and the anime, well we all know how that ended up.
Then there's another one labeled "Starburst Stream", where you have to get a set number of hits in in a combo.
Or the one labeled "Rokka no Yuusha", where you have to get 8 different vakyries.
And that's not even all of them. There's a whole lot more.
Oh and they went all out on the voice actors for their games as well.
Two of the ones they ended up with were Rie Kugimiya for Kianna Kaslana and Yukari Tamura for Theresa Apocalypse.
Still want to know how those nutjob devs did it though. They managed to put a full on JRPG into a mobile game. Story, gameplay, graphics. It's all there. Talk about some serious quality there. I mean, it's at the point where my phone will lag out during the battles it's so overwhelming. And then there's the music.
Seriously, I would love to see an anime for Hi3. There's already an official manga for it.
