Thats why it was so epic. I probally have a different perspective on it though since i actually had a sort of general idea as to what was going to happen.
I didnt know anything about the show itself, but i knew that the last episode has been delayed on TV and i knew why. It was actually more interesting to watch it that way.

Really, i got halfay through after stories and got to the point where i was like
"Yeah....is this going anywhere anytime soon". I got bored with it so i watched the movie instead, didnt really have the same effect. The ending of Air on the other hand, that was painful to my manly integrity.

I had to hold back tears too while water After Stories, it really isn't bad.. I don't see how you got bored enough to drop it Jesse, you have to little patience.
For me when I start watching something I make a commitment to finish it unless it runs for over 100 episodes.
Anyone have any idea if the next Hellsing Ultimate OVA is comming out any time soon. It was meant to be out months ago, been almost a year since the last one came out now. :(
When I get the chance I gota watch Air. ^

Not really, ive continued to watch much worse series to completion. I just got tired of feeling like it was going nowhere and i just kind of stopped downloading it. I didnt actually ****iously decide to drop it, it just kinda happened.
Mabye i was burned out on key, since ide watched both Kanon and Air recently when i watched it. Il lwait till sentai finishes dubbing afterstories, then ill buy it and give it another go.
Its not like it was within my definition of "to long" (which is 70 episodes).

Oh, btw. If your gonna watch air, might i reccomend the movie, i aqctually liked it better than the TV anime (which i loved anyway).
