Although it took me years before I could get into it, after completing it I was glad that I did. It's a good series.

Trailer #2 released June 6th for Lyrical Nanoha Reflection, featuring a segment of the theme for Reflection "Destiny's Prelude" by Nana Mizuki. Looking at it, the animation even seems to be a step up from Movie the Second A's. It's also making me want to see if I can find a patch for Gears of Destiny.

You know, looking at the progression of Nana Mizuki's works, from earlier ones such as Innocent Starter, which was one of her first big ones, to her more recent works, it's interesting how big of a difference there is. The ones that she has released in more recent times have been much more vibrant than her earlier works.

Looking forward to my next dose of beam-spam assisted befriending. BD release better have subs again, spose I'll get the Sofmap special like usual either way. Be good to get back to this part of the time line, not fond of the post-timeskip stuff.

In other news, I'm officially old. Went to an anime convention for the first time in like 5 years today, wasn't even planning on going I just happened to have to be in the same area as the convention centre today, figured I might as well. The cringe, it is real. I think I stayed a grand total of 2 hours. It was a pretty crappy convention all things considered, but still...

Never actually been to an Anime convention myself. Went to a Comic convention once, basically a smaller version of ComicCon, simply because I was able to get free tockets from one of the shops in town. God the cringe though.

And the Nanoha Movie is part one of a Two-parter, so we won't be getting the whole sotry with this one. But it is definitely looking good for sure.

Also, I found StrikerS nice, actually liked it quite a bit. But I will say I wasn't a fan of Vivid. The Force Mange had plenty of issues, but it was still better than Vivid in my mind. The whole cutesy sphiel just doen't fit the Nanoha universe in my opinion. Leader of The Enemy ||

I'm waiting for Anime Expo to release their schedule, which is supposed to happen today or tomorrow, before deciding whether I want to attend. Didn't bother trying to get Comic-Con tickets but last night I discovered there's a trolley station right in front of the convention center so I'll probably check out what's going on outside.
