You know, Venus Versus Virus really doesn't get enough attention. It's such a good, yet extremely underrated anime. Currently watching it for the third time, and it's still as good as it was the first time. Leader of The Enemy ||

I remember it being tagged as Yuri for a good while, but it isn't, really. That definitely disappointed me when I watched it as I was expecting it to be Yuri.

Though it's still a decent series, yet to read the source however.

The manga's worth reading, believe me. And the anime is yuri, it's just not as openly visible as in other cases like Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha. The relationship between Sumire and Lucia is very much yuri. Yuri is about the emotions and interactions, which are very much present between the two of them, though not as visible as in the manga.

I blame Sword Art Online mostly. Though the sheer amount of series they release doesn't help with appearances.

I can never understand all the hate SAO gets either. There are much worse series out there, even put out by A-1 pictures, and yet all we seem to get is people bashing on SAO. Leader of The Enemy ||
