For the blood/gore/death.. Go I'd probably go for..
Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni.. Deep plot.. Not for the weak of heart. Kinda confusing at first.
Blood+ To be all its name implies..
Seikon No Qwaser (This also includes the ecchi, so be warned... Quite a bit)
Ga-Rei: Zero.. No ecchi. Lots of blood/gore/supernatural.
Strait jacket as well.. It's not the best.. Mecha/Supernatural/quite a bit of gore..

It's a tad bit hard to explain without ruining it.. Just watch it, if you so choose. Then you'll understand. There are a few seasons.. It's uh. Interesting.
There's a great deal of killing. >.> Supernatural, but not really in the sense that elfen lied is.. Really.. Don't watch it if you don't like deep plots, lol.

Also, just throwing this out there.. ToraDora! is FTW, and the mostest epic anime everrrr!
