I exclusively watch anime for the most part, so no I've never read the manga/novels. I have seen all four seasons of the Index and Railgun anime. The only thing the show has going for itself is Mikoto and she won't even win. We all know best grill never wins.

There were some nice developments between Touma and Mikoto in the New Testament series.

Honestly for me, It's Allastor Crowley and the fact they essentialy label Toumas hand as that's of Lucifer, the fallen angel, as I've interpreted it. The writer has some amazing ideas. I really do suggest reading the LN's if you get the chance. Theres so much in them that is not shown within the Anime.

Accelerator also has a huge role in the WW3 arc. It's definitely worth reading, believe me. Leader of The Enemy ||

Apart from that, I was very impressed with it. Prepare for hell on RuneScape in Naval Cataclysm!

might as well accept we're gonna get more SAO after the movie. They just finished that big arc in the novels and sao makes to much $$$ not to adapt it
