can someone explain to me what makes kaidou the strongest creature?

white beard pretty much soloed the navy while sick has never been catpured

kaidous has been captured+tortured 40+ times, how does someone so op get caught... maybe hes just not that strong....?

sure luffy is pretty damn stupid, he went into a jail voluntarily and then escaped, among other ridiculous things, if hes strong enough to not get caught.... is kaidou doing it on purpose >_>?

To what I wanted to talk about
(pokemon xyz episode 38 spoilers following. be warned.)

So I just re-watched the episode, because something felt off with the entire battle. I noticed that Malva, the Elite 4 member said something odd when I was re-watching it. "When greninja loses..." Malva knew the outcome before it happened, and Team Rocket was standing right beside her when she said that, and heard her.

Somehow, Team Flare rigged the match it would seem, as Malva was shown to be closely associated with Lysander during one of the Mega Evolution Specials, when Alan did that 10 Mega Evolution battle streak, with Alan knowing nothing of it being rigged.
