What... I've been gone for 3 years and we still don't have an Anime Discussion 3? :P

Anyways it's great to see to see this thread still going strong. In fact I remember the days before this thread was a sticky, oh the nostalgia! Talking about which, what's everyone's favourite childhood anime? My 10 year old self used to be a major Digimon fan, though he also had a secret crush on Sakura from Cardcaptors. ;)

Can we even exhaust the post count on a J-mod stickied thread?

One of the best things about anime is that you don't have to be concerned about real world morals, all targets are valid so long as they're cute lol. I'm loving this sudden resurgence of CCS merchandise for the 15th anniversary. You guys have no idea how much trouble I had to go to to get my hands on a set of those limited edition CCS lineart books from Comike*, but SO worth it.

So as you can probably figure, my answer is Cardcaptors (though I cant stomach the dub anymore, CCS all the way). It was going looking for episodes of Cardcaptors that introduced me to anime in the first place. That and Zoids, those two were my favorites from good ol' Toon**i.

Also, random anime-related thought of the day:

Watching- Hidamari Sketch
Thinking- What year is this set in? Modernish phones, yet 6 teenage girls and only one has a computer/ internet access. How have the others not died from lack of access to social media?

The VN is pretty good as well (just finished it on Monday), having a glossary of terms and stuff that comes with the territory makes it a lot easier to understand the science behind the series time travel mechanics, which is pretty cool.

My only problem with it is that I cant figure out how to get any route other than Suzuha's (in which Okabe goes back to 1975 with her), and the damn thing takes so long to skip though every time I try.
