Ok although my previous posts suggest I'm the next Jamie Oliver, I'm not. But heres what I did.

I didnt have a casserole dish so I used a pot with stainless steel handles so I could put it in the oven.

I cooked my pasta with salt and drained it. Then I cut up my onions and fried them in oil, adding chilli powder. Then I combined the pasta, onions and Dolmio pasta sauce in a pot.

Then I cut up my bonless chicken and fried it in oil untill cooked.

I didn't boil my mixed veges I just threw them in. I figured the heat in the pasta etc would cook them.

I didn't have a cheese greater so I cut my Tasty Cheese up into strange looking shapes and sizes. I was going to cut out the word RuneScape out of cheese but I was too hungry. I sprinkled the cheese on top.

Then I put the whole thing into the oven under the grill for about 20 minutes on a moderate heat.

It came out beutiful. I'm going to freeze some just in case this whole apocalypse thing really is going to happen.

Homemade pizza.

I've actually never made it before because a) pizza is generally terrible for you anyway and b) takes too much time. Tbh, after losing 10 lbs in the past 3 or so months, I think I'm going to let myself eat some comfort food and I'm working from home anyway, soooo now is as good of a time as ever to make it. And I swear I'm not going to let her know all the pain I have known

Fixing Icelandic tacos tonight, with brown rice, sauteed brussel spouts and asparagus, and since my husband has been good, a caramel butter cake for dessert.

Icelandic Taco recipie.

Ground lamb
mint
rosemary
diced roasted potatoes
onion
flat bread. Don't ever think the reason I am peaceful is because I do not know how to be violent.

And yeast rolls instead of garlic bread apparently.

Felt like making them lol. I probably should mention that everything mentioned so far is completely homemade. And I swear I'm not going to let her know all the pain I have known

Been working on my pizza dough recipe a lot lately and FINALLY think I've gotten it to the point where I'm completely happy with it.

This was made 2 days ago and then cold fermented in the fridge for 24 hours, and then was made last night. Came out perfect - just the right amount of chewy and crunchy!

(Made the sauce from scratch too ;) )
