Exhaust fumes from a two-stroke engine (like, motorbike, lawnmower etc). Yes, seriously.

One whiff of that and I'm instantly a teenager again. I'll just put my motorbike nerd hat on for a moment.... racing two strokes used Castrol R oil mixed in with the petrol and it made such a distinctive smell.

Although 4 strokes don't need oil mixed with the petrol, I used to add a drop of it to my petrol for that lovely aroma... and you can still buy Castrol R today.

Apart from that, my other favourite smell is cloves.
Who's the cat that won't cop out when there's danger all about?

Its so difficult to choose. Among my favourites are lavender, old fashioned roses, honeysuckle, fresh bread and fried onions.
Hmm. My favourites are all floral or to do with food. Lol
Edit to add: I also like vanilla as long as its natural and not artificial

I have to guard myself around some scents, mainly wet leaves. The reason I have to keep on my guard is that it can trigger flash backs. It has been getting better the past few decades. Don't ever think the reason I am peaceful is because I do not know how to be violent.
Ekki hugsa alltaf að ég sé friðsælt vegna þess að ég veit ekki hvernig á að vera ofbeldi.
