Ash Pikachu with rigional hats are out!

Can anyone with the Kanto Hat Ash Pikachu please tell me if it's able to learn:
Volt Tackle via tutor
Iron Tail via Move Relearner?

I want this Kanto hat Pikachu but with the moves of the Unova/Kalos hat Pikachu!

Is the Speed IV on it near to or at 0? If so, you *could* use an offensive Trick Room set, something like:

Calm Mind
Stored Power
Dark Pulse
Power Gem

@ Weakness Policy

Go 252 HP/252 Sp att/4 def

or some other spread that I forget...it's weird though.

It's got top HP, Sp.Atk, Sp.Def and Speed. 21 Attack and 26-27 Defence.

Basically I just looked for the Legendaries and UBs that I thought would be good to test with. For example a Relaxed Guzzlord I plan to run Stockpile with, two different Celesteela which I could have some fun playing around some sets with due to its balanced stats, and here's a Fini set I thought of.

Substitute
Aqua Ring
Nature's Madness
Brine

I'm thinking max its HP out, then either mostly Def with a Misty Seed, or mix Def and Sp.Def while running Leftovers. I could even run Calm Mind and Scald. Prepare for hell on RuneScape in Naval Cataclysm!

Yea, if I was going for Quiet Necrozma, I'd want the Speed IV to be as close to 0 as humanly possible. Although, Quiet does allow for a mixed set, although I'd have to question the merit of it...I'd have to see damage calcs though. Yeah, I admit there aren't many Pokes out there that can successfully pull off mixed setups. I mean a Pixilate Sylveon could with:

Curse
Calm Mind
Stored Power
Return/Last Resort

Minior is another one; in fact Minior can do pretty much anything. But there aren't many.

Here's my idea for the physical Alakazam. It can use Psycho Cut and the Elemental Punches, and interestingly enough it can use Drain Punch from a Move Tutor in ORAS. I can give it the Life Orb which can also stop Frisk users catching wind of, say, a Muscle Band. It has 50 Attack which is the same as Azumarill, so if it goes Mega it can counter Mega Mawile nicely through Trace.

Though that being said Trace Gardevoir might be better if you're running a Choice Scarf, but that's because Alakazam's loads faster. Gardevoir has 65 Attack, so Trace Huge/Pure Power gives it some fair walloping power. Unfortunately though most of its physical attacks are learned through ORAS Move Tutors, including the Elemental Punches and Zen Headbutt. But it can use Shadow Sneak from breeding, as well as Giga Impact if you want. Prepare for hell on RuneScape in Naval Cataclysm!
