I'm still kind of a novice when it comes to competitive Pokemon, but this is the team I try to run in OU (It's at least done pretty decently on PokemonShowdown):

Greninja (Zabuza) @ Life Orb
Ability: Protean
EVs: 252 SpAtk/252 Spd/4 Atk
Hasty nature
-U-Turn
-Dark Pulse
-Surf (Mostly because of the animation)
-Ice Beam

Infernape (Wukong) @ Expert Belt
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 252 Atk/252 Spd/252 HP
Jolly nature
-Swords Dance
-Close Combat
-Flare Blitz
-Stone Edge (Though still not sure if I should run Rock Slide instead)

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP/126 Def/ 132 SpDef
Impish Nature
-Spikes
-Stealth Rock
-Power Whip
-Gyro Ball

Gliscor (Nosferatu) @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 252 HP/126 Def/132 SpDef
Impish Nature
-Roost
-Substitute
-Earthquake
-Toxic

(the other two were merely chosen so I could have better coverage merely using STAB moves)

Tyranitar (Godzilla) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP/252 SpDef/4 Atk (Kind of forgot how to built Assault Vest Tyranitar)
Careful nature
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge (Definitely know it's superior to Rock Slide in this case)
-Crunch
-Brick Break (I don't want to transfer over a Tyranitar with Superpower)

Salamence (Bahamut) @ Lum Berry (Forgot what was actually suppose to go here)
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Spd/132 Atk/126 SpAtk
Naive nature
-Draco Meteor
-Aerial Ace
-Fire Blast
-Earthquake
(As you can see, I have absolutely no idea how to build Salamence)

For the most part I wanted a party that was 2 sweepers, 2 walls, and 2 tanks because I've learned that 3 sweepers is redundant and 3 walls is grindy and dull. I'm pretty set on the Pokemon I want to be the sweepers and the walls, but the tanks I'm still a little lost on. I've had some pretty decent success with Assault Vest Tyranitar, but I'm not sure what I should replace Salamence with.

G(e)ngar @ Geng(a)rite
Ability: Levitate/Shadow Tag
EVS: 252 Special Attack/252 Speed, Timid Nature
-Sludge Bomb
-Destiny Bond
-Taunt
-Focus Blast

Mega G(e)ngar, 'nuff said.

If someone hasn't pointed it out yet, I'll do it:

Geng(a)rite was quickbanned in December. If you're still using this setup in an OU room, you are using an illegal Pokemon.

Yeah I know. I don't really use him anymore except in battle maison. I use Venasuar or Pinsir now for my megas. Aggron too if I could get an aggronite, but that is pretty difficult without Y...

Some new pokemon I've built, haven't really tested them out much yet.

Talonflame @ Leftovers (want to use a dif item but idk what...)
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 248 HP/252 Special Defense/8 Defense, Careful Nature
-Bulk Up
-Roost
-Brave Bird
-Will-O-Wisp

I got a german Fletchling on gts with 5 ivs and the hidden ability, so I decided to try out the mas(u)da method. Ended up getting 2 shinys after 300 eggs, 1 with the hidden ability and 4 ivs so that is this one, the other shiny had 5 ivs but no hidden ability =/. First time trying mas(u)da method too.

Aegislash @ Leftovers (want to use leftovers on aegislash since no recovery)
Ability: Stance Change
EVs: 252 HP/252 Special Attack/4 Attack, Quiet Nature
-King's Shield
-Shadow Sneak
-Shadow Ball
-Iron Head

I'm conflicted between using iron head or flash cannon and sacred sword versus shadow sneak. I've decided on this set-up but might change if I don't like it.

Chansey @ Eviolite (duh)
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 Defense/252 Special Defense/4 Hp, Bold Nature
-Softboiled
-Seismic Toss
-Toxic
-Heal Bell

I love this pokemon. I've made so many people just forfeit online because of Chansey.

Venasaur @ Venasaurite
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 252 HP/252 Defense/4 Speed, Bold Nature
-Giga Drain
-Sludge Bomb
-Synthesis
-Sleep Powder

I didn't think I would like mega venasaur, but it is surprisingly good. If only sleep powder would hit when I need it...

Pinsir @ Pinsirite
Ability: Hyper Cutter
EVs: 252 Attack/252 Speed/4 Defense, Jolly Nature
-Swords Dance
-Quick Attack
-Return
-Earthquake

Really frail but super strong.

So I've been trying to get into Ubers recently and this is the party I came up with:

Groudon (Ruby) @ Leftovers
Ability: Drought
EVs: 252 HP/152 Def/100 SpDef
Impish nature
-Stealth Rock
-Dragon Tail
-Lava Plume (Not sure if this should be Eruption or not)
-Earthquake

Xerneas (X) @ Power Herb
Ability: Fairy Aura
EVs: 252 SpAtk/252 Spd/4 HP
Modest nature
-Geomancy (AKA "the win button" )
-Moonblast
-Focus Blast
-Thunder

Darkrai @ Leftovers
Ability: Bad Dreams
EVs: 252 SpAtk/252 Spd/4 HP
Timid nature
-Dark Void
-Dark Pulse
-Substitute
-Nasty Plot

Arceus-Electric (Yahweh) @ Zap Plate
Ability: Multitype
EVs: 252 HP/252 SpAtk/4 Spd
Modest nature
-Calm Mind
-Judgment
-Recover
-Spa**al Rend

Mewtwo (Sephiroth) @ Mewtwonite X
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk/252 Spd/4 HP
Jolly nature
-Psystrike
-Drain Punch
-Rock Slide
-Bulk Up

Reshiram (White) @ Life Orb
Ability: Turboblaze
EVs: 252 SpAtk/252 Spd/4 HP
Hasty nature
-Flame Charge (apparently this is suppose to boost its speed to something reasonable)
-Blue Flare
-Dragon Pulse
-Shadow Ball (Honestly didn't know what to put here, but knew I didn't want Focus Blast)

I'm pretty satisfied with the party for the most part except for Reshiram and Arceus as it doesn't seem like they pull as much weight as the rest of the party.

Mamoswine isn't used as a tank, though. All the same, I decided I should just swallow my pride and use Dragonite.

I know- it's a wallbreaker.

They're fun :3

OH, for Mewtwo, you're going to want Psystrike instead of Psyshock.

Also, try Choice Specs on Reshiram instead of LO.

But I already have Infernape as a wall breaker.

Oh, I didn't even realize there was a strictly better version of Psyshock available.

I also really hate running choice sets (though I suppose I see why Choice Scarf would be so good with it).

I use Aegislash as a wall breaker, it works well. The one I bred has HP Ice and I want to use that somehow, but I will likely need to redo the EVs on it if I find a moveset for it that I like. Quiet nature (not 100% on this, may need to check it).
