Another border collie fan here. I especially like blue merle border collies.
Border collies are the only dogs we have ever had that trained us. I took me a while to catch on what they were doing. I would play catch with the dog and he would toss the ball back. After a while the ball wouldn't quite make it back so I would have to get up. Finally figured out he was playing fetch with me. Lots of other "training" we were put through.
The size of their vocabulary is amazing. We took to spelling when we didn't want to be eaves dropped on.

I had a dog like that, too. We started spelling things out, but problems came when he learned to spell as well. We had to resort to clue words.
My favourite dog breed is Shetland sheepdog, also called sheltie. Together with a great friend of mine, I breed Shetland sheepdogs
They are basically "dwarf collies", so loyal, gentle, smart and fun. A perfect breed in my opinion! Of course I have to attach a photo of my dogs...
Mainly the Pembroke Welsh ones....but all the corgis! They are so smart, and always want attention.
Downside is, hair everywhere.... My pant legs are covered all the time from ours xD
Can I turn in a paper without citing all sources?
"No."[1]
