I must try that as Cinnamon is good for you.
This morning I had 1 x banana and 10 x rich tea biscuits and 1 x Cup of tea for dunking.

I love this diet lol. Sence the sarcasm.
For the first time EVER in my life I tried Peanut butter (crunchy) and Jelly. AKA Jam to us British.
Was amazing on brown bread. It made it edable thats for sure.....
I'd eat it again. I just run out of peanut butter lol.
Even my dog was lickign her chops after eating some. She loves Peanut butter too. Comprehensive Account Security
