Had a really nice ice cream as a little treat... Salted caramel with a sliced banana and a gentle amount of whipped cream.

Home made lasagne using 3 different Italian cheeses and a beaten egg instead of the white sauce that is often used. We use a recipe given to me many years ago by a work colleague whose parents were from northern Italy.

Just made myself a really nice seafood curry with carrots, onions, potatoes, fish, and curry sauce. Well enjoyed, and about to get into a workout now ^_^
