Does a lockdown mean that you cannot even go for a walk alone?

you can go for a walk with someone if they live with you.

i live on my own so im not allowed to be in contact with anyone till this is over.

i can go out for a walk once a day / go out shopping for food and cleaning products only.

Your in the uk same as me aren't you? In which case we are allowed to buy 'luxuries and alcohol' whilst shopping :)
Remember Caz. Never argue with an idiot. They will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Wow, they put a limit on how often you can go for a walk? Are you in a city where it's crowded? We can go for walks whenever we want as long as we aren't with anyone not living with us. Drives as well. I've been driving and walking all over the place just to get out.
This is me trying.

In the uk we are allowed out once a day for exercise, and then it must be local, we arent allowed to drive a long distance for a short walk....and im from south west uk so not overly a a large city

With our lockdown we can walk in our own suburb, we can only take the car for essential items or essential work, not allowed to drive to the beach or outside your own suburb unless there is a good reason. Our parks (playground), beaches and skateparks are out of bounds, we can walk along the beach though.

I'm in the UK and we can exercise outside our home/garden once a day with people from our house. The exercise can be walking, jogging/running or cycling. We are not restricted to just walking.
I am relieved our house isn't one of those with an all in one living/dining/kitchen space . Having separate rooms mean we can do our own thing without annoying anyone else. If I ever moved to a house like that I'd want to reinstate/build some walls! A dining/sitting room is OK or a dining/kitchen, I've lived in both those types of homes in the past, but for me having 3 separate rooms is the best.

I wish - It would be nice to have a larger home in times like this (even times outside of times like these :P ). My kid's room, they share a room with bunks - the room is so very small they are constantly in the lounge from wake up time till bedtime - my lounge has the kitchen and dining room and the front door. It's tough living like this. I can't even put both my boys into time out at the same time as if they are fighting and at each other's throats - time out can be quite awkward... the reason I can't work at home, I just wouldn't cope...

I get my boys to go for a run every morning, the youngest doesn't like it and if they don't come back looking like they ran they have to go again ^_^ the boys and I walk to the supermarket around 3 times a week if I forget something or need something I may need to go more times (not often though, they don't come in with me though - I usually get them to sit on the bench and wait for me. And we try and go for a walk, scooter, skateboard once or twice a day - not every day though which is not good - we have been lucky, we have had very good weather so far to get out and about :)

I can't wait for school to start back - when we go to level 3 the boys aren't allowed to attend school :| I hope it isn't too far away. Schools will only be for families that are working which I am not sure how well that will work?? As far as I can tell most teachers aren't happy with this - they are breaking the bubble of protection of the level 3 restrictions, they feel they are being used as babysitters so people can go back to work. What I wonder is how are teachers expected to teach a class and do online learning for those not allowed to attend school??
