Roles you can do at the bosses listed below;

- Kalphite King: All

- Nex: All (Does nex even require role?)

- Nex; Angel of Death: Idk only done mass but guess can learn easily

- Vorago: All in nm, done all but bt in hm

I'd recommend looking into minion tanking at AoD, as you will need to show you can do it for the recruit trial. You shouldn't have any problem showing you can do that role due to your experience at other bosses.
