lets develop it.. how about a small herblore lvl needed for this along with some wc+ hunting+ fishing..
wc to make a specialized harpoon..
hunting to spear/ fish the fish..
and probably the herblore to remove the poisons/toxins? :D

If I was in a good mood, I would support, as long as its smaller, not as expanded as it is, we really don't need new fishes, and carcasses, and whatnot. We don't need new food. I can live with my bouldabasses... or is it salve eels?
Just... Use the original raw harvest from animals, already existing, Maybe removing poison from bugs, and some other poisonous creature which would have toxins in its body,poorly cooked karambawan could have a toxin-remove section, and a off-suit species of kawambajannii could have such.
But nothing like a butcher shop in your POH, and even a skillcape. At best, it would be a sub-branch of cooking, or if i'm in a bad mood, a sub-sub-branch.

good idea, but i dont think it should be its own skill. Thats like bows and arrows being a different skill from crossbows and bolts. This would be a fantastic addition to cooking. It has never made sense how a cow drops a pre-cut steak :D SUPPORT.

Wouldn't this have a drastic effect on the prices of food in the GE? like sharks and rock tails which are already going to be in higher demand then they currently are in 4 days.
Don't get me wrong its not a bad idea, but it could make foods nearly un-affordable for lower level players unless the meats used for this where completely separate from the ones used for combat.
