These seem to be good suggestions, my only doubt is if these should be enough to balance the game and prevent a small group from "trolling" the others.

Now, I understand that there is a combat element to the minigame but, as it stands, it completely dwarves the skilling aspect. Not only you get a lot more points from combat (these points should also get a serious nerf), you also ground the opponents, effectively killing the game for them.

That's why the dedicated FCs explicitly ban combat in their games, or at least until the resources are depleted - I suggest the developers look to these people, they are the ones actually playing the content.

i think stealing creation is a good mini-game to bring in how ever...the rewards that boosted the xp rates per hour would make it insanely fast as we already have xp boosting items like rouge outfit, angler outfit, lumberjack outfit, and ect...

I think maybe if they could rework the reward table for it like new magic armour, something like a fighter torso for range/mage, recharging a weapon, or if new content comes out they could link the items to stealing creation.

100% support. It's amazing Jagex hasn't done something like this yet with a thread such as this being around for so long, lmao. It's a real problem! And the game's dead except on non-combat fc worlds because of it. Click here for ideas on exploring other worlds, specifically the human homeworld Teragard. This one's me baby
