I suppose this would be a good addition but I think this is made out to be worse than it is. What's so wrong with the double follow technique?

Additionally, is it really that hard to click a few squares away, then click next to your friend in order to face them? Seems like such an arduous task...

Don't know why you can be even bothered by this but still... in fact, if you use an item on a person or spell on them, you turn towards them.

Feature already ingame.

wow how sad could jagex use there funding to do something like more advertisement on facebook and the media. A few commercials on Australian tv I don't see any advertisement here in Australia for runescape. Instead use are wasting time on right click face option? All you have to do us run up to you frined. Click the sq behind the one your in then click the sq again to face toward your friend. Its quite simple to face another character on the game, I think your wasting valuable resources and time. It be nice if this topic was not considered at all not to be rude and appreciate people suggestions. Really its not a necessary feature to be adding to the game and amount of programming it would take. God this is why runescape is dieing because its cool to face another player?. You don't need to face someone to talk to them and if you really want to face them its not that hard to do. If your so called friend was your friend then get them to stand on the sq straight. You walk one step back then click back on that sq and you will be facing them. Very foolish to spend someones hard time programming a feature like this and for one have done a lot of java programming . Would not waste my time with this.

I've seen this before. If you really want to face your friend, just use a magic spell on them. You will turn towards the player but nothing will happen.

EDIT: I see that this has already been mentioned, and I don't know why I assumed it wasn't with so many replies. Now I feel dumb for helping this thread survive a little bit more. Perhaps the original poster should request it to be locked or deleted, but the only reason I saw this was because it was bumped, not because anyone had posted on it recently, so I guess not. :| Join Lazy Potatoes !

Cast literally any spell on someone, Runes not necessary. Or, Trade with them. Or Request Assistance. Or any action. Im not sure if this was mentioned in any of the previous 5 pages (only read the first), but you can do this already. Actually, I do this to "lean" against walls all the time. Just trust me.

Remove TH, and put stuff from TH to Solomon's store as guarantees. No disappointment to the average player who only uses free keys which yield trash, and those who do buy into MTX can have a clear idea what the thing they want is going to cost them.
