Update the Superior Locator

I think it's about time we give the Superior locator a bit of a buff/upgrade/Ninja attack, it currently doesn't have the latest Ores from the S&M rework, and also a few trees are missing.

I would like to see the following changes implemented also

- Elder trees
1. If an Elder tree is depleted, it shouldn't teleport you there.


- General
1. Stop it from teleporting you to the same location
2. We could even add locations for skills such as Fishing, archeology & Farming as it is the top-tier locator.
