Requirements: Complete Evil Dave's Big Day Out, Recipe for Disaster: Rescuing Sir Amik Vaze, Let Them Eat Pie, Druidic Ritual, and Wolf Whistle.

Dave is being told by his mom that he needs to get our more and get at least one new friend he can summon. Dave ofc, does enjoy hanging with his Hellrat friends, but he takes his mom's suggestion a little to literally.

Yes, he is going to literally summon a new friend. He's taken a liking to the Dreadfowl because of the 'evil' name. But even he doesn't want to summon the Evil Chicken (1: he doesn't know it was beaten, 2: he just considers the bird to be 'annoying' instead of 'evil' .... I know ... the whole point of view thing ... )

The new friend he has in mind? The Shadowfowl. An even rarer variant of the Dreadfowl that has shadows for feathers. (Evil Dave only sees people that wear Black Robes and such as 'evil' and all, so the Shadowfowl would be 'eviler' than a Dreadfowl or the Evil Chicken.)

The Druids of Taverly are on surprisingly good terms with Dave and willing to help him out, though even they aren't sure a 'Shadowfowl' exists. While they do some research on it, they point Dave to doing some tasks (mostly to just keep him out of trouble).

Druidic Ritual II

Kaqemeex and his druids need some help (well, no, not really. they just come up with something on the fly that is supposedly simple and harmless). They want to test a 'potion recipe' on the Cauldron of Thunder. Evil Dave immediately accepts with something he thinks sounds ominous.

The druids give him a raw chicken, raw bear meat, raw rat meat, raw beef, along with some Guam and Tarromin and ask him to set them in the Cauldron of Thunder in the Taverly Dungeon for roughly 30 minutes and then bring back the results. (Dave ofc thinks this is some devious brew.) The player tags along with Dave to make sure he stay safe.

In the Taverly Dungeon, Dave says hello to the skeletons, referring to each by name. At the Cauldron, all 4 of the Armors animate. You think you are in for a fight, but Dave just greets them by name as well. And the 5 start to get into a long discussions about cooking and 'evil' topics. Once the Druid's Ritual is complete, you go back to the Druids.

Let Them Eat Pie II

Rolo the Stout is at it again. Well, Rolo the Stout Jr (you can't tell the difference between father and son). Nails needs to pull the same stunt again .... however ... it seems that Squishy Crust Belly Filler, Crayfish a la Manque, and Pomme de Kebbit Pie are really on the menu now, so you will need to come up with something new. In addition, Rolo the Stout Jr can seemingly eat anything without a problem.

Also, Nails fills Dave in on what the 2 of you did last time. Dave is horrified. Not at what you did to Rolo. But what you did to the pie. (He goes into a 5 minute rant on proper cooking.)

Dave then gets an idea. He goes into the kitchen of the Pick and Lute Pub and whips up a Banana Pizza. He shows it to Nails. Nails is equally mortified at this abomination of a pizza. He agrees it tastes great (insinuating Dave has incredible cooking skills), but it still won't be enough. and it will need spices ... which Dave has plenty of.

Nails asks for clarification. Dave shows them and you explain how spicy the Infernal Spices really are. Nails has Dave put some on and retries the pizza. Nails has to run to a water barrel. (Guess the player and Dave can take the spicier stuff?) When he comes back ... he tells Dave to add more, then take it to Rolo.

Let's just say Part II plays out like Part I.

The New Familiar

The druids did their research and it seems Dave is correct, the Shadowfowl does indeed exist. After some tinkering, they think they have the right mix of materials: 1 spirit pouch + 1 Gold Charm + 8 Spirit charms + 1 burnt chicken.

Evil Dave puts it all together and summons the first Shadowfowl (just a recolor of the existing Dreadfowl). He immediately calls it the personification of pure evil. (It's really a little emo.)

Evil Dave has a new friend he can summon anytime he wants.
