Well, if it were up to me, to lessen the complications here I had originally envisioned a typical G.E selling window opening with the typical 6 item limitations. As far as how it would look in the game the runner would be like a portal to the G.E.. When hiring him a window would open that would look and work just as if you were standing at the G.E except you would be limited to sales only. You would be reminded that this service will cost you 10% of the total sale price and that the funds will be automatically removed at the time of collection. Your funds (minus the fee) could be available at the banker as usual.
As far as full or already used sales slots, since you still own the items you have listed in your sale window, canceling a sale offer didn't seem like a problem to me.
As far as multiple items, I was originally thinking the cost of the service would be directly related to the sale price so having the runner deliver multiple items (up to your typical G.E limitations) would be available to you. Having this service limited to one offer at a time might be a very good idea though.
When I originally thought about a bank adviser I was thinking the service would cost you something every time you opened a dialog with the adviser, kind of like the banker in the ourania alter (or zmi alter). Because the runner would be hired through the adviser this fee and the 10% cost of the runners service may discourage frequent and / or larger transactions.
