Really good idea, even though i'm not even close to filling up my bank, it would help when i finally do. You should make a list of all the supporters, it makes it easier for jagex mods to go through.

the old man with the blue p-hat in Draynor Village across from the bank gives you a list of quest items you don't need if you ask him to check your bank.

Yeah, he does, but having one in every bank would be good too, so you don't have to tele to fally or cabbage patch and then walk to draynor.

The "Wise old man" in Draynor only looks at Non-member quest items. He provides very little help for most of us.

Isn't that the truth! When I first started playing I remember looking at the empty desks and thought they would become active as I progressed in the game, but no!

I would support this idea. It is so annoying to try to search out the information to know whether to keep an item or not. For those of us who are OC hoarders this would be awesome!
