It would be nice, so I support. Maybe have a checklist pop up and be like remove all... keys()(also lists the keys that can be added to the keyring) books()(option to deliver to house)inexpensive items() (like silk, bucket of water) etc.

I think this is a decent idea. I agree with the part where the guy could tell you which quest items you have no more uses for.
