Gayylicious, That's the whole point. You would never use a GE runner for big sales.
The runner isn't supposed to completely replace the need to take a trip to the GE.

Full support, my bank is full of crap. I'm not reading 52 pages of comments, but if no one has suggested it, how about this bank advisor remove items that do not currently and will never currently have another use for a flat rate?
