I dont know if this has been mentioned already, but I believe that the Wise Old Man in Draynor can empty out your bank of quest related items you don't need (or else he used to do this or maybe he just told you which items were useless, I don't remember exactly)

That's free to play only. The funny part of that is free to play don't even NEED that feature. Basically everything you get from those quests you KNOW is junk xD
