This is a geat idea, but I had an idea where there would be GE booths, where you could only sell items in them, for free.

Great idea! I think for a small fee the adviser should also be able to aquire some items for a quest/future quest you may have lost. For example like a book or key or something else. Other than that 100% support

Alright, i put together what i think about each individual thing for the bank adviser:
Charging the fee: good idea, it will help cut back on visits, that way people dont get free advice
Bank review: I would like that very much, thank you
Item listings: I think i could use the construction part of the game guide and the GE database for that, but still, good for those who dont know where those are.
Most/least valuable items: Not truly necessary, but some would like to know
GE runner: I like that idea, the fee, not so much, but still, good idea.
Banked items@general store: Nice idea there
Overall, Not that bad of an idea, for that, i will get you my support on this, but maybe edit some of these things or add some better things to make the adviser better.

-Exactly what I was thinking. Good service is rarely free. There is also a fine line between helping folks and allowing them to become lazy. When you put a price tag on something, even a small one, folks think first before acting.

-The reason for this is just to alert folk to items of high or low value that they may not know they had. While trying to find room in my bank I found several types of seeds that had almost no value, a couple feathers, buckets, vials, etc that I didn't realize I had. Also, being more of a skiller I had no idea that my never used 2m gp Amulet of fury was now worth over 15m. Sold. Having an adviser list these things would certainly help folks trim their accounts of low and high value items that they may not know about.
