When this was written the Wise Old Man only looked at F2P non-member quest items. It's great to see that he was upgraded to look at many member quest items as well, but at last check with him he still misses a great deal.
Your point regarding general store items is spot on, maybe the suggestion should now read "The adviser can tell you what items in your bank could be added to your toolbelt and what banked items are wasting space as they are already in your toolbelt".
